In Row RP Cooling

The InRow RP is a high capacity precision air conditioning unit designed to maximize sensible cooling for high efficiency operation. The InRow RP product expands the InRow product offering by increasing the capacity range for chilled water applications and includes an air cooled solution. Both the chilled water and air cooled products control humidity with canister humidifiers and electric reheat. This feature enables datacentre designs to leverage row-based architecture for both sensible cooling of the IT load in the row, and humidity control of the entire datacentre. The row oriented concept closely couples cooling with the heat load, preventing exhaust air recirculation to sensitive IT equipment. The energy-efficient design lowers total cost of ownership by monitoring IT equipment inlet temperatures to modulate capacity based on the demand for cooling. Fan speed is controlled based on the demand to reduce energy consumption during off peak cooling periods. Heat rejection for the chilled water InRow RP can be handled through an existing chilled water system or APC supplied chiller. The air cooled InRow RP requires the use of an APC remote air cooled condenser selected based on ambient temperature for proper heat rejection The modular, scalable solution improves agility by enabling you to add cooling as demand increases, making the InRow RP ideal for small to large datacentres.
